5.  The next form you need to prepare to file bankruptcy is the Questionnaire, which you will want to print out and fill in and return to us.  This file is in PDF format, for which you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, if you don't have it, which is a free download.  If you want it, click now to download Acrobat Reader.  Once you have that, click now to access the Questionnaire.  Please don't be intimidated, but it is very thorough.  If you could possibly have any problem filing bankruptcy, this Questionnaire will probably bring it to our attention, so thoroughness is a good thing. 

     6.  The next forms are our Retainer Agreements.  These contain a lot of if's, and's and but's, because they cover a wide range of contingencies.  However, the bottom line is -- we offer half-price discounts for cash, that is, you pay the entire fee prior to filing, and for bringing all your accurate information by the first meeting.  If you want a payout, or keep revising your information, you don't get the discount.  Some prior clients have taken 6 weeks or more to get their information to us correctly.  On the other hand, we have had the experience of the client bringing us all the correct information and our entire fee in the first meeting, and we had the bankruptcy filed within two hours of when the client arrived at our office.  It's really up to you how quickly your bankruptcy gets filed.  The half price discount does not cover the filing fee and costs, because those are the same regardless of how efficient we are.  At this point, you can click on either the Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Retainer Agreements, or both, and see what our fees and terms are:
